Lavrov: Embargo on arms sales to Georgia a must
Sep 1, 2008, Head of Russia's Foreign Ministry Sergei Lavrov voiced suggestion to impose embargo on arms sales to Georgia, until the curent Tbilisi regime is changed.
''To start with, it would be right to impose embargo on armes sales to this regime, until other leaders turns Georgia into a normal state,'' the minister stated.
