Sergey Bagapsh: Russia is guarantor of stability and peace among nations
President of Abkhazia Sergey Bagapsh declared after a signing ceremony of Russia’s agreements about friendship, cooperation and mutual aid with South Ossetia and Abkhazia in the Kremlin that a democratic legal state will be built in Abkhazia.
Bagapsh qualified Russia as a guarantor of stability and peace between nations. I would like to wish a peace, stability and might to Russia. When Russia is strong, there will be peace and stability, mutual respect of nations to each other everywhere around it, said the president of Abkhazia.
It is worth mentioning, on September 17, the Russian Federation signed agreements about friendship, cooperation and mutual aid with South Ossetia and Abkhazia. At a solemn ceremony, taking place in the Kremlin, the documents were signed by President of Russia Dmitry Medvedev and presidents of South Ossetia and Abkhazia, Eduard Kokoyty and Sergey Bagapsh.
