Ukraine: Yushchenko cancels liquidation of court that suspended decree on early parliamentary elections
Ukrainian President Viktor Yushchenko has abolished his own decree that liquidated the Administrative District Court of Kiev. It is said in an order of the Ukrainian leader released today on October 17, a REGNUM correspondent reports.
Earlier, on October 10, the Administrative District Court of Kiev suspended Victor Yushchenko's decree on the pre-termination of the parliament's powers.
Thereafter, on October 13, Victor Yushchenko ordered to liquidate the Administrative District Court of Kiev. Then the Administrative District Court of Kiev suspended realization of the order of the Ukrainian president on the elimination of the Administrative District Court of Kiev.
