Ukraine: Timoshenko offers to establish new parliamentarian coalition and new government
Last night, on October, 19, Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Timoshenko offered to establish a parliamentarian coalition with participation of all factions to survive in the influence of the world financial crisis and appoint a new government on its base. She made the address in a televised address, a REGNUM correspondent in Kiev reports.
The Cabinet should be reshuffled promptly on the base of such a coalition. Each parliamentary fraction should find the best specialists including ministerial posts to work in such a government. The government should be ready to react to world challenges immediately, Timoshenko stated. She stressed she would be waiting for all leaders of factions for establishing such a coalition in the parliament, on October, 20, in the afternoon. When the threat of the global financial crisis is averted in the state and in the whole world, you are free to conduct any elections, the Ukrainian premier said.
