South Ossetia accuses Georgian security services of terror act
Georgian security services were involved in the blast of a bridge in South Ossetia, Deputy Minister for Defense and Emergency Situations of South Ossetia Ibrahim Gasseev stated. As a REGNUM correspondent reports, the bridge was located in the Ossetian village of Artsev (Tskhinvali District of the Republic of South Ossetia), Gasseev noted.
The bridge was exploded in the village of Artsev at 01:30 a.m. Moscow time on October, 31. According to preliminary information, the bridge was exploded by Georgian security services. The Artsev village is borders upon the Georgian village of Kveshi. Now, an investigation team of law enforcement agencies of the RSO is working on the site, Gasseev said. According to him, nobody was injured.
