South Ossetia will introduce visa regime with Georgia
The frontier of South Ossetia will be organized in three months, the president of the republic, Eduard Kokoity declared. In the period of three months the frontier of the Republic of South Ossetia will be equipped with frontier posts and there will be the only post control, Kokoity said.
In connection with it he declared about need of introducing the visa regime with Georgia. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs should develop and introduce visa regime with the Republic of Georgia. Thus, all the persons wishing to visit South Ossetia, will have to address to an embassy of South Ossetia for to get the visa, Kokoity added.
To remind, on November, 24, the President of Russia, Dmitry Medvedev had signed the laws on ratification of the pacts on friendship, cooperation, and mutual help with Abkhazia and South Ossetia. The pacts provide for mutual protecting of frontiers.
