Latvian Prime Minister tenders his resignation
On February, 20, Latvian Prime Minister Ivars Godmanis tenders his resignation to the country’s President Valdis Zatlers. Spokesman for Prime Minister Edgars Vaykulis said a REGNUM correspondent that accordingly resigned whole Latvia's coalition government. Political parties, presented in Latvian Seim(Parliament) are going to negotiate over new government.
It is worth mentioning, today country's largest coalition parties, the People's Party and the Union of Greens and Farmers had demanded the resignation of Prime Minister.
