It is expected that Rapid Reaction Forces will not be used to settle bilateral intergovernmental political problems, and also against neighboring countries and our partners. They will be used to provide security of CSTO member-countries and their territorial integrity, underlined Bordyuzha.
CSTO Secretary General assured combined forces are moving to real organization. Documents, aiming to classify their activities will be submitted for ratification to the heads of CSTO member-countries in June, 2009, informed Vesti.
