Yushchenko is the president of a half of Ukraine
On November 28, the Crimean Breakthrough (Proryv) youth union declared that it started radical and tough forms of their activities. As the press office of the union stated, when the state violates constitutional rights of citizens… Breakthrough declares that it plans to defend them by any means. If the president can’t be the guarantor of the Constitution, Breakthrough reserves the right to defend the constitution against any official or security agencies.
According the leaders of Breakthrough, the attitude of new authorities to their citizens looks more and more cynical: even by the revolt, the oranges denounced the rule of law in Ukraine. It explains the current extreme number of law violations that increases with the approach of the parliamentary elections. As the example, Breakthrough speaks about takeover of Orthodox churches, repressions of law enforcement towards those citizens (not only in the Crimea) that have an active civil political position.
Leader of Breakthrough "Alexei Dobychin said to a REGNUM correspondent that the Constitution and other laws are violated in Ukraine today, and international commissions and committees are not trying to bring order to Ukraine and the Crimea. According to Dobychin, a war has been started against post-Soviet Slavic countries, their traditions, culture and religion. Today, there’s no need in tanks or aviation to capture and enslave the country. Today, the West can simply install a needed regime in the country, and it will fall into the hands of the hidden puppet masters, said the leader of Breakthrough.
One of the reasons of split in Ukraine and non-constitutional measures undertaken by the orange authorities, according to the leaders of Breakthrough, is that Yushchenko de-facto is the president of a half of Ukraine, while the number of citizens who voted against him lives at the other half.
Breakthrough asks the governmental agencies to obey the Constitution. They will be held responsible. We know that this shame will end. They must understand: they will answer for all violations in accordance with the international norms, concluded Dobychin.
