A surrogate mother gave birth to triplets in Yekaterinburg. As Deputy Head of the Research Institute for Motherhood and Infancy Protection Nadezhda Bashmakova said, the parents, a young pair, have failed to have their own child for many times, even through extracorporeal fertilization. So, they decided to have a child from a surrogate mother.

The doctor did not name the parents. She said, the kids were born with 1.5 kilogram weight each at the 31-32 week of pregnancy, and the babies even breathe on their own, reports Nakanune.ru.

The doctor noted, in the maternity hospital where the surrogate mother was giving birth, triplets have been born almost every month, so it has become an ordinary event un the hospital.
