Kazakhstan confirmed intention to connect to Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan
At a meeting with Azerbaijani Prime Minister Artur Rasizade Kazakhstan Prime Minister Danial Akhmetov confirmed the country’s intention to connect to the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan pipeline, reports a REGNUM correspondent.
All technical questions have been settled up to present day, and in the near future Kazakhstan will be ready to sign an appropriate agreement, said Danial Akhmetov.
With the Kazakh oil the BTC will be filled by 75-80%, and the Russian pipelines close to Novorossiysk and Tuapse will be less loaded by a third.
