Olga Pyleva: results of doping tests shocked me
Russian biathlete Olga Pyleva said, that positive results of doping tests shocked her:" This is ….a shocking situation for me, because I always was against using of any forbidden medicines."
“We are always honest in struggle. It turned out so, that this medicine contained amount of that forbidden chemical. It is awful,” said Olga’s husband and trainer, biathlete Valery Medvedtsev.
According to Pyleva, she used the medicine according to doctor’s recommendation. “I have been working with the doctor for a long time. I trust her very much, it is true. Everything happened with us is an awful nonsense,” stated Pyleva interviewed by the Russian TV 1-Channel.
