Pavel Bure: “Main sensations are ahead”
General Manager of Russian National ice-hockey team Pavel Bure believes there is no obvious outsider in the Olympic Games in Turin.
“We have already witnessed unpredictable results in Turin. It is only beginning, because main sensations are ahead. I am still sure, that every team, which is in quarter-finale now, can compete for gold medals. But I and team’s couch Vladimir Krikunov, with all training staff and our ice-hockey players will do the utmost, to return finally champion title to Russia!” stated Bure to Ves Sport news agency.
As it is known, on the eve, the Russian team defeated Letts (9-2) and guaranteed its place in quarter-finale.
