Pavel Rostovtsev: Olga Pyleva is a victim of circumstances
“We were having breakfast, when we heard that doping was found in Pyleva's doping-test. First, we were shocked, it was a stressful situation that had serious negative impact on all Russian athletes,” said biathlete Pavel Rostovtsev.
