Bird flu: Israelis are advised not to sit down onto the grass
According to different sources, 3-5 people are hospitalized in Israel on suspicion of bird flu. The authorities ordered to kill the whole poultry in three villages in south of Israel. During last days, more than 10,000 turkey cocks died there. Quarantine is announced. Final results of laboratory tests should to be expected within next two days. Inhabitants of suspicious areas are advised not to sit down onto the grass and to report immediately about any flu signs. Meanwhile, the Agricultural Ministry informs, that there are serious reasons to suppose, bird flu is also traced in Nakhshon kibbutz near Latrun (central part of country), informs isra.com web site.
