Lithuanian Foreign Ministry: relations of Lithuania and Byelorussia will remain normal
On March 29 President of Lithuania Valdas Adamkus discussed situation at the Byelorussian and Ukrainian elections with Foreign Minister of Lithuania Antanas Valenis, a REGNUM correspondent has been informed in press office of the president. According to Valenis the relations of Lithuania and Byelorussia will remain normal even after the non-democratic presidential elections. He also told the press that Lithuania will to have free and democratic neighbors have not come true, and said, that Lithuania will continue to support democracy in Byelorussia and host the European Humanitarian University that was closed in Minsk. We will continue to cooperate with Byelorussians, concluded Valenis.
