Prime Minister of Ukraine: Formation of coalition is possible in the first day of new parliament work
On March 30, leader of Our Ukraine and Prime Minister of Ukraine Yuri Yekhanurov finished first round of consultations about possible coalition with political forces, which passed the 3% barrier at the parliamentary elections. As a REGNUM correspondent informs, citing press office of Our Ukraine, Yekhanurov expressed satisfaction with results of negotiations with winners of the parliamentary elections. The sides of the negotiation processes described their ideas about possible format of coalition and future of Ukraine.
Speaking about future actions of Our Ukraine in coalition formation, Yekhanurov said that session of the party's council would take place on April 7. At the session, members will summarize the results of the elections, and post-election social and political situation. Also, the sides will discuss principles and possible format of the coalition. According to Yekhanurov, a memorandum on principles of the coalition must be prepared and agreed before the announcement of the coalition. He said that it is possible on the first day of the new parliament’s work.
