Byelorussian KGB Chief got into EU black-list
Foreign Ministers of 25 EU member states, gathered on April 10 in Luxembourg, approved decision to forbid Alexander Lukashenko to visit EU member states. The ministers approved so called black-list, containing names of 31 Byelorussian officials, who are forbidden to visit EU countries. Additionally, KGB Chief, Justice Minister, General Public Prosecutor, Speaker of parliament’s low chamber, and chief of administration of the Byelorussian president belong to the list.
Earlier, the EU officially disagreed with results of the Byelorussian presidential elections, accusing local authorities of not guaranteeing correspondence of election campaign with international democratic standards. Till now, the ban to visit the EU was imposed on six Byelorussian officials, stresses Vesti.ru.
