Moldovan government expressed readiness to render assistance in investigating explosion in Tiraspol
The Moldovan government recommended to the republican Interior Ministry to render assistance to Transdnestr in investigating causes of the explosion in a trolley bus in Tiraspol, a a REGNUM correspondent is told at the government of the Republic of Moldova on August 14.
From its side, Moldova’s Re-Integration Ministry addressed the OSCE Mission, which has an office in Tiraspol, calling to assist a thorough investigation of the explosion to find out its true reasons.
On Sunday, August 13, in Tiraspol (Transdnestr) an explosion blasted a trolley bus near a shopping mall. Ten people were hurt, two of them including a 6-year-old girl died in hospital. The explosion was caused by detonation of a RGD-5 fragmentation grenade.
