OSCE Mission in Moldova head: The question of referendum in Kosovo has not been settled yet
Head of the OSCE Mission in Moldova Louis O'Neill, answering questions of Russian reporters in Chisinau on September 15, informed that did not intend to speak to the press at the International Press Center in Tiraspol, despite receiveing an invitation, as the OSCE does not recognize the referendum. As a REGNUM correspondent reports, answering the question why in this case the OSCE intends to recognize the referendum and independence of Kosovo, O’Neill replied with a smile that the question of the referendum in Kosovo has not been determined yet, so, the OSCE does not plan to recognize the territory.
