Observer from Kosovo: If Transdnestr votes for independence, international community should respect this decision
On September 16, speaking at the International Press Center, Radio Kosova Editor-in-Chief, international observer Kurtesh Devaja said answering a question of a REGNUM correspondent on similarity of the situations in Kosovo and Transdnestr:
“People should choose by themselves how they will live. And the international community should respect this decision.”
Later, evolving the idea, Devaja noted that if “Transdnestr votes for independence, attitudes of the international community to the republic should change.”
