International observer: Referendum on Transdnestr status conducted at a high level
Transdnestr residents aged 18-78 came to vote to polling stations, a Central-European monitoring group German member Armin Ebert stated on Sep 17 at a press conference at the Tiraspol International Press Center, REGNUM correspondent informs. The fact is very appealing, as well as the fact that the referendum was a real festivity for the people. We were at polling stations in Tiraspol before they opened and at five stations in Bendery during the day. The voting was conducted overall at a high level. There is always the error factor; however, what we recorded were rather not error records but observations, Armin Ebert said.
