CSTO member states call on Georgia to immediately release Russian servicemen

The Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) member states call on Georgian leadership to immediately release Russian servicemen detained in Georgia. As it is stressed at CSTO secretariat’s statement, the organization’s plenipotentiary representatives expressed “anxiety about the aggravated situation which may lead to unpredictable consequences”. They called the Georgian side to "solve problems in a balanced way and demanded immediate release of Russian servicemen detained in Georgia.

Armenia, Byelorussia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Tajikistan, and Uzbekistan are the CSTO member states.
