Kofi Annan: Official Tbilisi is responsible for the aggravation of Georgian-Abkhazian relations
UN Secretary General Kofi Annan has stated that Georgian military have aggravated the situation in the upper Kodori Gorge. In a report addressed to the UN Security Council, Annan emphasized that official Tbilisi is responsible for the new round of escalating tensions between Georgia and Abkhazia, Mir reports.
