Expert: “Referendum in South Ossetia is important step on the way of establishing democratic state”
“Holding a referendum is an important condition to settle our political problem,” South Ossetian expert Yevgeniya Dzhioyeva said talking to a REGNUM correspondent speaking on the referendum planned for November 12. “The referendum is a sign that our people want to be free and independent. Next stage in it will be joining Russia. I am sure that holding the referendum is an important step on the way of establishing a democratic state,” the expert said.
