Georgian intelligence activated subversion groups in the conflict zone — South Ossetia’s interior ministry
Georgian intelligence have created special subversive groups in the Georgian-Ossetian conflict zone before the referendum in South Ossetia, REGNUM correspondent quotes minister of internal affairs of South Ossetia Mikhail Mindzayev to say.
The minister informed that a second subversive act was registered in the conflict zone within the last 48 hours. Particularly, unidentified persons in the uniform of the Georgian interior ministry’s special forces exploded a UAZ automobile in Kvatetri settlement of the Znaur district of South Ossetia. The assailants managed to escape to the territory of Georgia, in the Dirbi village, Mikhail Mindzayev said.
In a preceding attack, a Mercedes automobile was exploded by a hand grenade in Tskhinvali early Oct 27. Mindzayev informed that security of all important life-supporting infrastructures has been tightened. MVD has been put on red alert.
