Head of Georgian FM delineates in Moscow terms of settling crisis in relations with Russia
Georgian foreign minister Gela Bezhuashvili who represented his country at a summit of foreign ministers of BSEC countries has met in Moscow with the Russian foreign minister Sergei Lavrov. The Georgian side emphasized that the bilateral relations could be normalized only based on protection of sovereign equality, the principles of territorial integrity, inviolability of borders, and mutual respect towards the interests of each other, REGNUM correspondent was informed at the press and information department of the Georgian foreign ministry.
According to the Georgian official information, the heads of Georgian and Russian foreign ministries agreed to continue bilateral consultations; besides, Russian Security Council secretary Igor Ivanov met with Bezhuashvili Nov 2.
