Burjanadze: Money does not fall down from the sky, especially for Georgia
Gazprom does not rule out a possibility of cutting off gas delivery to Georgia in case the republic does not sign a contract for the gas price of $230 for 1,000 cubic meters.
In connection with a possibility of possible energy blockade of Georgia by Russia, Georgian MPs raised the issue of possible buying out the country’s strategic energy facilities bought by Russian investors. Georgian Parliamentary Speaker Nino Burjanadze announced in her turn, that the government has no money for buying out these facilities. Unfortunately, money does not fall down from the sky, especially, for a country like Georgia, Nino Burjanadze is quoted as saying by RSN.
