BYT MP: Ukraine returns to times of administrative-command system
According to Ukrainian Supreme Rada Deputy from Bloc of Yulia Timoshenko faction Vladimir Skubenko, Regions Party wishes to govern the state single-handedly; he stated on November 9 responding to question of a REGNUM correspondent during a news conference in Donetsk. As for Ukraine, it returns to the times of administrative-command system, the deputy explained.
A fig-leaf which existed in form of orange ministers disintegrated. Two ministers were fired; other two ones are on a waiting list. I believe, they will be treated next week. Lutsenko will be the next. It is way to settle problems not in accordance with democratic principles but in accordance with criminal laws. It is already clear; Regions Party governs everything in the state. That is why; there is no wish to adopt law on opposition. However, it is useless because authorities and opposition exist according to principle of pendulum. They change places, Vladimir Skubenko belives.
It is worth reminding, on November 1, Ukrainian Supreme Rada approved resignation of Justice Minister Roman Zvarych and Minister for Culture and Tourism Igor Likhovoy. 247 MPs voted for resignation of Zvarych; 246 – for resignation of Likhovoy.
