Parliament of North Ossetia discussed an appeal to Russia on recognition of South Ossetia's sovereignty
The parliament council of North Ossetia-Alania discussed Nov 16 an initiated by speaker Larisa Khabitsova appeal to the supreme public authorities of the Russian Federation on recognition of sovereignty of the Republic of South Ossetia following the referendum held Nov 12. The deputies themselves are going to discuss the issue in detail at a coming session in late November, REGNUM correspondent reports.
