Iran is definitely decisive about the nuclear fuel production for its peaceful nuclear activities, Iranian Foreign Minister Manouchehr Mottaki is quoted by the Iranian State Radio as categorically stating reminding of President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad’s statement concerning Iran’s wish to install 60,000 centrifuges. “While we declare that Iran is totally resolved on entering the industrial production of fuel, we also announce once again that we are ready to negotiate,” he asserted adding that the announcement of the news by the president means definite Iran’s entering the industrial production of nuclear fuel.

At the same time, the minister stressed that the agreement consisting of eleven clauses signed by EU High Commissioner on Foreign and Security Affairs Javier Solana and Iranian Supreme National Security Council Ali Larijani demonstrated Iran’s interest in continuing talks on peaceful character of Iran’s nuclear activity. Those agreements turned out to be quite a good basis for continuation of ways to final agreement; however Americans ceased further talks by Solana because of political reasons, Mottaki stated adding that the proposal to establish joint consortium with Russia remained to be on the agenda and numerous talks on the matter had been carried out with the Russian side.

According to Mottaki, the world should know that Iran received access to nuclear technologies independently; they have quite national character and Iran was not going to reject the achievement of Iranian young elite. Referring to despotism of the USA and its allies in all spheres, the Iranian FM added: “World changes could be initiated by oppression but they cannot possibly be formed by it.”
