Dmitry Kovtun’s health condition is stable
Health condition of Russian businessman Dmitry Kovtun, who is now undergoing a medical examination concerning possibility of contamination by polonium 210, is stable, his business partner Andrei Lugovoi said, who was questioned on the Litvinenko case as witness on December 11. Dmitry is feeling all right, Lugovoi is quoted as saying by Ekho Moskvy. Lugovoi and Kovtun are undergoing examination at the same Moscow Hospital No 6 and can freely communicate with each other.
As REGNUM reported earlier, Dmitry Kovtun’s ex-wife, her two children and partner were hospitalized in Germany on suspicion of contamination by polonium 210. Only after final results of the examinations it can be decided whether they were poisoned by polonium.
