This winter, Azerbaijan will deliver 1 mln cubic meters of natural gas every day to Georgia, Georgian Prime Minister Zurab Nogaideli told reporters summing up results of the talks he had in Baku on December 25.
We shall have about 1 mln cubic meters every day, starting from the end of the year and continuing for the whole winter time. As for the price, it will be admissible, Zurab Nogaideli said. Nogaideli noted that the Georgian side finds results of the talks to be very important ones, particularly, from the point of view of a long-term cooperation strategy. A relevant contract will be accomplished within next few days. Ministers for energy and economic development, as well as the head of the Georgian Oil and Gas Corporation are still in Baku to prepare it. The prime minister is to return to Tbilisi tonight.
