Investigation of the Litvinenko case spread to 48 countries
British authorities extended investigation of the Litvinenko case to 48 countries. London addressed governments of the countries asking to examine about 450 their citizens, who visited London in the end of 2006, whether they are contaminated by polonium 210.
The Washington Post that reported on it says that the British health authority declined to name the countries to which they addressed, Segodnia.ru informs.
