Tehran needs time for considering IAEA head’s proposals
Tehran announced that it needs time to consider IAEA Head Mohamed elBaradei’s proposal. The IAEA head proposed earlier to take a time-out: Iran halts nuclear works for some time, the UN simultaneously suspends sanctions against Iran.
ElBaradei’s proposal was sounded last week at the World Economic Forum in Davos. The IAEA head pointed out necessity to continue the peaceful dialog with Tehran, stressing that any attempt to settle the conflict by force would result in catastrophic consequences, Radio Liberty informs.
