UK parliament calls for solution of Iranian nuclear issue by diplomatic means
Members of the UK House of Commons stressed necessity of solving the Iranian nuclear issue by diplomatic means, the Iranian state radio informs.
Several House of Commons members, releasing the statement, spoke for diplomatic way of settling the confrontation between the West and Iran on the nuclear issue. The group of British MPs backed a statement by 15 UK research institutions, clergy groups, aid agencies, trade unions and companies that stressed necessity of continuing the talks on the Iranian nuclear issue. The report was introduced by ruling Labor Party member Nick Brown and supported by a group of the House of Commons.
UK Crisis Action research group warned about possible consequences of the West’s affair against Iran called such actions non-constructive and dangerous.
