Banker accused of murder of Russian Central Bank deputy head told about Central Bank lobbying interests of four groups of banks
Alexei Frenkel, suspect on murder of Russian Central Bank Deputy Head Andrei Kozlov continued disseminating his letters via the media. The third one appeared on February 6.
The author continues exposing corruption in the Russian banking system. Now, it goes about the Central Bank lobbying four groups of banks: major commercial and state-run banks and banks from North Caucasus, as well as Moscow banks headed by natives of the [North Caucasus] region.
Frenkel accused Central Bank officials, State Duma MPs, Federation Council members, justice officials and security officers in corruption.
