The first one, on the charge of murder of Litvinenko and the second one, on the charge of attempt at Dmitry Kovtun are conducted by the Russian Prosecution General’s Office. The third one is handled by the British Scotland Yard. Answering a question on condition of Dmitry Kovtun, Lugovoi said that Kovtun “did not grow bald” as some media reported earlier, but “changed his style.”

As it is known, the investigation in the UK is completed, results of it were submitted to the Royal Prosecution, which is to name suspects on the case and possible motives.
