Russia does not rule out that Litvinenko’s murderers are in London
Office of the Russian Prosecutor General does not rule out that people from Alexander Litvinenko’s circle could be involved in his murder. Russian Deputy Prosecutor General Alexander Zvyagintsev, who is in charge for the international law unit of the Office of the Prosecutor General, made the statement at a news conference today. At that Zvyagintsev stressed that Russia is interested not less than Britain in establishing the whole picture of what happened in the United Kingdom. The official called unfounded and inadequate reaction of Britain to Russia’s refusal to extradite businessman Andrei Lugovoy.
