Four Russian diplomats leave London
The Russian diplomats, whom Britain claimed to expel, are no longer in Britain, a spokesman for the Russian embassy in London told reporters today. According to RSN, the diplomats mentioned in the notice of the UK Home Office for expulsion have left the United Kingdom already.
On July 27, the ten-day term ended assigned by the British authorities for the four Russian diplomats to leave. The official London announced it was expelling the diplomats and freezing the talks with Moscow about easing visa regime in response to Russia’s refusal to extradite businessman Andrei Lugovoy charged by the British prosecution with murder of Russian ex-FSB officer Alexander Litvinenko.
