Cheliabinsk: American Producer John Daily Will Shoot Movie about Korolev and Gagarin

Outstanding Hollywood producer, script writer, member of American Movie Academy and holder of 13 Oscar prizes John Daily has arrived in Cheliabinsk to choose a place for future shooting of a movie about Korolev (prominent Russian space scientist) and Gagarin (first astronaut in the world). This is going to be the second large-scale work dedicated to the history of Russia work by John Daily, who is already known to Cheliabinsk residents by the movies «Troop», «Last Emperor» and «Terminator». There will be a premiere of the «Express Petersburg-Canny» movie this year in May in the cinemas of St.Petersburg and Moscow. The action takes place in the streets of the pre-revolutionary Saint Petersburg and Moscow but, according to the producer, it is not a hard political movie. It is a movie about an adventurous and touchy love. Irina Romanova, a news reporter of «Vostochny Express» (East Express) TV and radio company, played an episodic role in this project. She got acquainted with the producer in the finale of the «Miss Russia» contest. John Daily liked to work with the Russian film crew and this is why he is planning to start shooting of the «Red Giants», a movie about the Russian space science, in August this year. Most probably, some actions will be shot in the south of the Urals.
