Victor Yanukovich opposes start of parliament functioning without coalition
Ukrainian Prime Minister Viktor Yanukovich finds ineffective activity of the Supreme Rada on the non-coalition basis. He made the statement today, on November 21, while speaking at a session of the Cabinet of Ministers, a REGNUM correspondent informs.
The coalition to be established must take the responsibility for the state of affairs in the country, organizing work of both the parliament and the government. The key thing is responsibility, the prime minister noted calling up political forces for forming a coalition at the parliament grounding on principles of transparency and correspondence with the law.
On November 23, the sixth Supreme Rada is to convene for its first session.
