Son of President of Bashkiria ranks 33 on Russia’s Billionaires 2009

According to the Russian business magazine Finans, 47-years-old son of the President of Bashkiria Ural Rakhimov ranks 33 on the top of Russia’s rich list 2009.  Rakhimov-junior is the only citizen of Bashkiria among 200 other names in the list, reports a REGNUM correspondent.

The financial standing of Ural Rakhimov is estimated $ 1,4 billions, writes the magazine. Status of Bashkortostan President’s son is defined as the "Dormant owner of the republic's oil-production and processing companies”. The magazine also noted, that Ural Rakhimov established his oil and petrochemical business by “privatization, and with the help of patrons”.
