Vladimir Litvin: Pre-term presidential elections in the Ukraine are inboard cabins exchange on Titanic

 Pre-term presidential elections in the Ukraine are possible only as a result, situation will become uncontrolled, said Vladimir Litvin, the Verkhovna Rada chairman on February, 24 one of the Ukrainian TV channels.”  

“I cannot rule out the possibility of pre-term presidential elections. However elections will not depend on the appeal of single politicians, groups of politicians, political parties, but on further developments in the country. In case the situation will turn uncontrolled, politicians would be  forced to accept both pre-term presidential and parliamentary elections, but then there are no guarantees, that these elections would be civilized and democratic”, — stressed the speaker of Ukrainian parliament. At the same time, according to him, the “question is about how to exchange inboard cabins on ”Titanic"".
