In Latvia recently published pdf-version of english text of Latvian Human Rights Committee`s (Vladimir Buzaev, Alexey Dimitrov, Alexandr Kuzmin? Tatiana Zhdanok) book “Citizens of a Non-existent State: The long-term Phenomenon of Mass Statelessness in Latvia”.
