Victor Yushchenko calls on Ukrainians to spit in TV screens, while broadcasting Julia Timoshenko’s speeches

Ukrainian President Victor Yushchenko calls on the country’s citizens to spit in television screens, when are broadcasted Julia Timoshenko’s speeches. This statement was done on February, 10 during National Security and Defense Council’s session, reports a REGNUM correspondent in Kiev.

“I appeal to people: it is already necessary to spit in screen after such lie which was lulled Ukraine”, — said, in particular, the president. “According to a prime minister, we got huge victory in gas negotiations. It is so huge, that we don’t know what to do with”, -added he. The head of country also warned the bankruptcy treat of Naftogaz of Ukraine. “The bankruptcy scheme could be following: Naftogaz will settle by Russian credit. At the same time, credit repayment obligations will undertake the National Bank of Ukraine, which does not have enough facilities to credit settlement. In its turn, this fact will result the impossibility of Ukraine to fulfill its commitments on debt servicing. Final effect is the bankruptcy of Ukraine’s Naftogaz” and alienation of Ukrainian gas transport system", — stressed Yushchenko.
